Neurological Centres' Peace of Mind Pledge

At our Neurological Centres we understand that attending may be an anxious time for many people, and even more so currently. Our centres have been successfully carrying out the rehabilitation care that we provide throughout the COVID period, and providing support to the NHS.

Our pledge is that we will do all we can to alleviate your concerns, reassure you and enable your visit to be as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Full adherence to all guidance issued from professional organisations including the Government and Public Health England.
We continue to have increased cleaning rotas for common touch point areas.
We have maintained Personal Protective Equipment supplies and are ensuring our staff are wearing surgical masks. It is also available for all our residents.
We have implemented social distancing in public reception and waiting areas.
We have increased hand washing and alcohol gel dispensing facilities.
We continue to provide access to a dedicated member of staff to talk through any concerns you may have.
Our residents are swabbed for COVID-19 every 28 days. Our staff are tested regularly.
We have implemented additional processes including all individuals being risk assessed and having their temperatures checked.
All staff continue to receive infection prevention training and we continue to audit our activities.
We continue to plan for safe admissions and discharges working with a range of organisations.
Our centres still have free car parking spaces available.
We are able to safely accept visitors by adhering to national guidance and with support from our residents, their families and staff.
