The Team

Our directly employed team members currently consist of:

In addition we have:

GP Service

We engage dedicated GP's who have an interest in neurological conditions to provide and be the gatekeeper for the medical care of our residents.  

Rehab Medicine Consultants & Other Specialty Consultants

We retain the services of a Rehab Medicine Consultant at each site to provide advice to the Clinical Team and support our monthly Multi Disciplinary Team Meetings were the ongoing care needs of residents are reviewed and discussed.  Our Jacobs and Gardens Centres work closely with consultants from Northwick Park Trust including Dr Charlie Nyein as well as other from other major NHS trusts and tertiary centres such as RNOH and Addenbrookes in Cambridge.  At the Dean we have the services of Professor Derick Wade as well as working with consultants from local Trusts and major centres in Bristol and Salisbury.

Visiting Specialists

Both Units are integrated within the service provision of their local health communities.  Visiting specialists are engaged, after being previously familiar with the needs of individual residents, across the following key areas:  spinal, respiratory, spasticity, ENT, continence, bladder and bowel, seating, psychology, enteral feeding, tissue viability, plus many other specialists brought in as required to meet the needs of our residents.
